There've been bubbles here'n'there. NDP's got its strong "Sandy Hill Socialist" pockets, and Reform earned a surprising 20% in the '94 byelection which saw Mauril in. But these are only bubbles. In reality, for anyone who isn't a Liberal, the presence of the soon-to-be-ex-municipality of Vanier acts like kryptonite... |
